Jason is a Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer for Audax Private Equity, based in Boston. Prior to joining Audax in 2017, Jason was a Vice President, Finance at General Atlantic. Previously he was a Controller at Bessemer Venture Partners and Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers L.L.P.

Jason received a B.S. from Quinnipiac University and is a registered Certified Public Accountant in the State of Connecticut (inactive).
