Li is an Executive Vice President and Head of Tax Compliance for Audax Group, based in Boston. Prior to joining Audax in 2008, Li was a Senior Tax Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Prior to that, Li was a Senior Tax Associate at Alan J. W. Low Inc., CPAs and a Senior Audit Associate at Deloitte.

Li received a B.S. from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and is a licensed Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant.
