Peter is a Senior Managing Director at Audax Private Debt, overseeing our unitranche and junior debt investment teams. He is responsible for originating and executing new investments and monitoring portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Audax in 2007, Peter was a Financial Analyst with Bank of America in the Leveraged Finance Group.

Peter received a BA from the University of Michigan.
